The SEO for Property Management Process

Technical Optimisation

  • Our first step was to conduct a site audit to identify any technical SEO issues that would impact the site’s ranking potential and fix any ones we could find. This is something we repeat every month to make sure everything is correct and works perfectly for the users and the search engines alike

Keyword Strategy

  • Next, we focused on creating a Keyword-to-Content Map.
  • This involved researching the best local keywords to target, based on search volume and competition.
  • We then created new metadata for each page of the site, including SEO title/header tags, meta descriptions, page titles and URL structure, to include these keywords.

Content Strategy

  • Our copywriting team created SEO content in the form of blog posts, after researching keyword variations relating to the topics that users search usually when in need of for property management services.
  • They then created content targeting all the most common questions that are extremely important for people searching for a property management company and related services. All the new articles were optimised for the locally targeted keywords as part of the content SEO strategy, without keyword stuffing.
  • Our copywriting team then created new property manager location pages.
  • The pages were developed to target key areas of London that the business wants to target to attract property owners from these areas. All were fully optimised for the locally targeted keywords as part of the content SEO strategy.
  • We have then continued with creating SEO blog posts monthly.

Google My Business

  • To improve the site’s local SEO, we fully optimised the client’s created Google Business Profile.
  • We published all of their property services with full descriptions and details.

Cost-Effective Marketing

Compared to traditional advertising methods, property management SEO is a cost-effective marketing strategy. While SEO requires an initial investment of time and resources, the long-term benefits of SEO far outweigh the costs. Unlike paid advertising, which stops generating leads once you stop paying, the results of SEO are sustainable and can continue to drive organic traffic to your website for months or even years after implementation.

In today’s competitive property management industry, staying ahead of the competition is crucial for business growth. By investing in SEO by partnering with us, you can ensure that your property management company remains visible and competitive in the digital landscape.
